This year I am prepared to do a Half-Ironman in Salzburg and to pay for the original brand Ironman 
. So in the beginning of September 2013 I will start together with my dear friend and training partner Clemens somewhere in Zell and hope that the high investment for starting there will pay off.

Finally I decided to do an Ironman before the next goal – my 2nd child. My decision is Austria Triathlon Podersdorf.
Naja, angemeldet war ich schon, voll im Training und dann … Ratsch … ab ist das Kreuzband … für 2009 ist die Saison hinüber …
Es hätte Podersdorf werden sollen, Ende August, mit 3,8 km Schwimmen, 180 km Biken und 42,2 km Laufen. Alles war gut im Plan und dann kam mir leider ein Beachvolleyballspiel dazwischen.
Mein Knie, welches schon mal vor 15 Jahren einem Kreuzbandriss unterlag, ist leider wieder hin. Damit kann ich die Saison 2009 spritzen und wir sehen in 3-6 Monaten, wie es weitergeht.
Ob ich mich nochmal anmelde zum Ironman weiss ich nicht. Mal sehen.
Ich habe dafür mit Clemens ein anderes cooles Projekt bzgl. Triathlon vor .
